Where we ship
EPOCH ships worldwide. Every order leaves our fulfilment partner within 1 to 3 business days.
Costs
Free standard shipping on every order. Express is available at checkout for select destinations.
Delivery times
- United States: 7 to 12 business days
- Canada: 10 to 15 business days
- United Kingdom: 8 to 14 business days
- Europe: 10 to 15 business days
- Brazil and Latin America: 12 to 20 business days
- Asia and Oceania: 10 to 15 business days
- Rest of the world: 15 to 25 business days
Tracking
We send tracking the moment your order ships. If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, check your spam folder or email support@byepoch.com.
Customs and duties
We declare every package at fair value. We cannot prevent customs or import duties that your country may apply, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or stuck packages
If a tracked package shows no movement for 15 business days, email support@byepoch.com with your order number. We investigate and either resend or refund.
Damaged on arrival
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We replace damaged pieces at no cost.
Address changes
Email support@byepoch.com within 2 hours of ordering. After that, the order may already be in fulfilment and cannot be modified.
