Who we are

EPOCH is an online watch brand operating at byepoch.com. We design and sell vintage-inspired wristwatches and pocket watches worldwide.

Products

We do our best to describe and photograph every watch accurately. Colours, finishes and proportions may vary slightly between screens and the real piece.

All prices are listed in USD and include local sales tax where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed.

Ordering

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we charge your payment method and confirm by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud or breach of these terms.

Payment

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment partner and we never store your full card details.

Warranty

Every EPOCH watch comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement failure. Wear and tear is not covered.

Intellectual property

All content on byepoch.com (text, images, logos, design) is the property of EPOCH and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use any of it without our written permission.

User content

If you submit reviews, photos or other content to the site, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display and share it for marketing purposes, with credit where due.

Limitation of liability

EPOCH is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors. We reserve the right to correct mistakes at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the state where EPOCH is registered.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
