Was a bit nervous ordering a pocket watch online but this one actually looks richer in person than on the site, pretty much exactly like the pictures. The cover snaps shut with a proper click and the dial has that old industrial look I was after. Really pleased I took the chance.
First thing I noticed pulling it out of the box was the weight, it sits solid in your palm and doesn't feel flimsy at all. The chain is a good length too and clips on without any strain. Chuffed with it honestly.
Got this for my dad and he went quiet for a second, which for him means he was really touched. It turned up in a nice box so I barely had to wrap it. He has had it clipped to his coat every day since.
