Was a bit unsure ordering online but this looks nicer in person than the pictures. The cover shuts with a proper little click and the whole thing feels solid in the hand, not flimsy at all. Really pleased I took the chance on it.
Got this for my dad's birthday and he actually went quiet when he opened it. It came in a nice box so I didnt have to do much to make it feel special. He has been carrying it round the house showing everyone.
Was a bit worried the chain would be too short or too long but it sits nicely in a waistcoat pocket without pulling or drooping. Has that proper old Victorian look I was after. Really chuffed with it.
Arrived a couple of days after the estimate but the tracking was accurate the whole way so I always knew where it was. The watch itself is lovely, heavier than I thought it would be and the case has a nice weight when you flip the lid open. No complaints once it landed.
Hatte Sorge dass so eine alte Bauart nicht genau läuft, aber die Uhr geht erstaunlich zuverlässig. Der Deckel schließt fest und die Kette macht einen robusten Eindruck. Wirkt in echt viel edler als auf den Fotos.
Je ne pensais pas qu une montre de poche attirerait autant l attention, mais on me pose des questions à chaque fois que je la sors. Le boîtier ferme bien et l ensemble parait très soigné en vrai. Vraiment content de mon achat.
