Was a bit nervous ordering a pocket watch online, half expecting it to look flat once it turned up. Not at all. The cover has a proper old-world feel to it and the dial looks richer in person than it did on screen. Really glad I took the chance on it.
Got this for my father's 70th and I was a little worried it might feel like a novelty. It came in a lovely box and the second he flipped the cover open his face lit up. He has been showing it to everyone who visits. Felt like a proper heirloom to hand him.

Arrived a couple of days after the estimate, but the tracking stayed accurate the whole way so I always knew where it was. The watch itself is spot on, the big case has real presence and the antique styling is lovely. They even tucked in a little note, which was a nice touch.
